Introduction:
Shantae is a video game series created by Matt Bozon and WayForward Technologies. The first Shantae game was released on Game Boy Color in 2002, and the latest one is releasing soon on Nintendo Switch eShop.
The series has been critically acclaimed for its gameplay, graphics, music, and story. It has also been praised for its protagonist's design, which emphasizes the character's femininity without sexualizing it.
Plot Summary and Gameplay
Plot Summary:
The game starts with the player waking up on a beach, with no memory of their past. They are greeted by a talking fox named Reynardo, who tells them that they are in the kingdom of Dandara. The player must explore the world to find out what happened to them and why they have lost all their memories. Along the way, they will meet many characters and battle against enemies in order to discover more about themselves and their past.

Pros & Cons of the Game
The game has many benefits, but it also has some drawbacks. For example, the game can help people to learn a new language. But it can also distract people from their work and cause them to waste time playing games.
The pros of the game outweigh the cons in my opinion. I think that they should be allowed in schools because they are a great way for children to have fun while learning something new.
How Shantae's Creator, WayForward, Continues to Be a Disruptive Force in Gaming
My Personal Experience with WayForward and Gaming
WayForward is a video game developer located in North Hollywood, California. It was founded in 1991 by a group of people who had previously worked for Konami, where they were responsible for the Contra series.
I had the opportunity to work with WayForward as an intern at their headquarters in North Hollywood, California from April to June 2017. I was given the opportunity to work with different departments and learn about how video games are made. I was assigned tasks such as bug testing and animation, which were very interesting and challenging for me.
My internship at WayForward helped me understand what it takes to develop a video game from scratch and gave me insight into the process of making one of my favorite childhood games - Mighty Switch Force!
Why Shantae is a Great Example of How WayForward Innovates Creatively
The Shantae series is a perfect example of how WayForward innovates creatively. The company has been in the industry for over 20 years, and it is one of the most innovative companies in the gaming industry.
Shantae is a series about Shantae, a half-genie who must save her world from an evil force that has taken over and destroyed everything. The first game was released back in 2002 on Gameboy Color, but it was not until WayForward released Shantae: Half-Genie Hero that many gamers became aware of this series. This is because WayForward innovated creatively by taking this game to another level with graphics and gameplay.
How the Game Industry has Changed Since Wayforward Started Making Games in the 1990s.
The game industry has changed significantly in the past 20 years. With the introduction of games like Doom, there was a shift from 2D to 3D graphics. This led to more sophisticated gameplay and a change in the way people viewed games.
In addition, there was an increase in the number of games being released each year. And with that, there came an increase in competition for players’ attention. To stand out, developers had to make their games more unique and compelling than their competitors’ titles.
This led to many innovations like motion controls and virtual reality (VR). And while these changes have been great for the industry as a whole, they have also made it harder for smaller studios to compete with larger ones on a budget or scale basis.
