Playing with my DIY machine and remastering the classics
This section will explore the process of remastering a classic game, and how it can be done with minimal cost.
For this project, I decided to remaster Super Mario Bros. for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). The first step was to find the ROM file for the game and download it onto my computer. The next step was to use a free program called NESMaker on my computer to create a new ROM file which I would then play on an emulator on my computer or upload onto a website like Emuparadise.
